Parents of babies five months and younger and using hearing aids may be interested in joining a study through the University of Colorado. The study focuses on determining what sounds of speech a young child can hear, and assists greatly in the accurate programming of hearing aids. H&V Parent Guide Amber Duffy chats with pediatric audiologist Kristin Uhler about this ongoing project. Families outside of Denver can also participate.
