Take the Roadmap for Families with you to your baby’s next doctor appointment. The hospital should also be sending the results to your baby’s doctor.

The American Academy of Pediatrics has created guidelines for Medical Home Providers.  This document reflects recommendations that your physician should be following regarding the screening process for hearing screening, detection and intervention.  You can download a copy here:
