Your little treasure is growing, learning, and changing by leaps and bounds! When your child turns two years old, the time is ripe to begin thinking about preschool. For those receiving services through the Colorado Home Intervention Program (CHIP), your Early Intervention (EI) provider will likely guide you through these steps, and you are an integral part of this process. We are here, as fellow parents, to guide you along the way from a parent’s perspective. To be connected with a Parent Guide, please fill out our form at http://tiny.cc/COGBYS
From IFSP to Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504, through Transition to Post-Secondary Education, we’re here for you every step of the way!
